Leben mit Herzinsuffizienz

The Leben mit Herzinsuffizienz app helps those affected to understand their disease, cope with it better in their day-to-day lives and recognise deteriorations early on.

White stick man with a red heart on a white background The app contains easy-to-understand information on heart failure and provides tips on how to improve your quality of life. Users can also have the text in the app read out loud. Signs of a worsening in the disease can be noted to obtain a better assessment of your state of health. Weight, heart rate and blood pressure can be recorded in the heart diary and tracked over the long term. All medications can be saved in the medication card and reminders to take them daily can be set up. A database stored in the app makes it easier to enter information. You can also record details of the doctor treating you.
