High level of satisfaction among CONCORDIA customers
CONCORDIA regularly has reasons to rejoice as it receives excellent ratings from its satisfied customers.
In a 2023 survey conducted conjointly by the Internet comparison service Comparis and the market research institute intervista, Swiss insured persons were polled about their satisfaction with their health insurance providers. CONCORDIA came first, with a score of 5.2.
The online comparison service Bonus also conducted a customer satisfaction survey among its users on the topic of health insurance. There too, CONCORDIA achieved a good score of 5.2.
The Swiss comparison platform Krankenversicherung.ch gives out the HELP awards to Swiss health insurance providers in collaboration with HELP.CH your e-guide®. This year, CONCORDIA obtained a very good score.
