If you are uncertain whether and when you or someone close to you requires medical treatment, concordiaMed Check is a straightforward way of getting an initial assessment. To use this service, all you have to do is answer a few questions about your symptoms online and you will receive information in digital form straight away.
The concordiaMed Check service is based on the SMASS Pathfinder web app from in4medicine. This is a certified medical product that complies with the applicable Swiss and EU guidelines and was developed by Swiss doctors.

Do you prefer personalised advice over the phone?Persons insured with CONCORDIA can get health advice over the phone and contact the 24-hour emergency service of concordiaMed at any time by calling +41 41 210 02 50.

Do you have smartDoc basic insurance with CONCORDIA?Then you must contact the Medgate virtual health practice first when you have medical concerns – either by phone on +41 41 228 18 28 or via the CONCORDIA Medgate app.

What happens to your information?CONCORDIA doesn’t have any insight into the service and we are unable to link any data you enter to you. Once you have received a recommendation for your ongoing medical care from concordiaMed Check, you can download and save the result as a PDF.
