In mandatory health insurance (OKP/AOS/AOMS, basic insurance), you can change deductible with effect at the beginning of the following year. The following deadlines must be observed:

You can reduce the deductible until 30 November.
You can increase the deductible until 31 December.

After these dates, the changes take effect the following year.

If you want to change your child's deductible, please contact your agency.
