The only condition: with myDoc and HMO, in the event of illness or medical issues, your family doctor or HMO doctor is always the first point of contact. With smartDoc, you always contact the Medgate virtual health practice first using the CONCORDIA Medgate app or by phone.
As for mandatory health insurance insurance, CONCORDIA offers three alternative insurance modelsto:
- myDoc Family Doctor Insurance, where your personal family doctor is your first point of contact.
- the HMO model, where you choose an HMO health centre in your vicinity. Your personal HMO doctor is your first point of contact.
With the smartDoc telemedicine model, the Medgate virtual health practice is your first point of contact, by telephone or via the CONCORDIA Medgate app.
