You can amend some contact details or insurance policies directly in the myCONCORDIA app. Please contact your CONCORDIA agency if you have any other questions. You can find this at the top left of your policy or by entering your postcode in the agency search.

Do you have questions about your insurance cover or your policy in general? In the myCONCORDIA customer portal, you can review and change your personal data or contact us easily at any time and from any place.
Not yet registered with myCONCORDIA?
Get myCONCORDIA in just a few steps:
- Register easily and conveniently at my.concordia.ch/registration. To do so, you need your insurance number, your e-mail address and your mobile phone number.
- After you have registered, we will send you the registration form for the customer portal by post. Please sign the form and return it to us.
- For security reasons, your initial password will be sent to you by post.
- Sign in – and you will already have access to all your insurance data. Digitally, at any time and from any place.
