Swiss Handball Federation

CONCORDIA is the official health and accident insurer for the Swiss Handball Federation. It supports the national teams and is committed to supporting young athletes.

CONCORDIA has supported the Swiss Handball Federation since 2015. Alongside its commitment to other indoor sports such as basketball, floorball and volleyball, it promotes handball in general and encourages people to be more active in their free time. This is because if you exercise, you are doing a good deed for your health.

CONCORDIA is accompanying the men’s, women’s and junior national teams on their journey to the European and World Championships. It is also the official sponsor of the Swiss Cup Final – one of the highlights of the sporting season.

 

Commitment to young athletes

As part of its activities to promote up-and-coming talent in Swiss handball, CONCORDIA has also given its name to the CONCORDIA Handball Academy in Cham. At the OYM (On Your Marks) Competence Centre, the most talented players aged 14 to 20 are given the equipment and professional conditions they need to successfully make it to the top of the game.
